Dr. Ruan got his Ph.D. degree in Management Science and Engineering from Tianjin University in 2013 and then joined in Management School of Hangzhou Dianzi University in 2013. His research focuses on quality and reliability engineering. He has published more than 10 articles and undertook several projects including one project supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He is the member of Industrial Engineering Committee of Chinese Society Optimization, Overall Planning and Economical Mathematics. He is also the member of Stochastic Service and Operations Management Committee of Operations Research Society of China.
