Human Resources Management major serves to train the human resource management professional talents, who can meet the need of globalization and the construction of market economy, master the knowledge of modern management, economy and law, independently analyze and solve the realistic problem faced by the enterprises. It helps to enhance the students’ professional quality, master the professional knowledge including the planning of human recourses, job analysis, career planning, personnel selection and assessment, training and development, compensation and performance management. After graduation, students should be able to do business management research, strategic management, HROB, HROD in the fields of government agencies, enterprises and institutions, scientific research institutes, financial institutions etc.
